If water is coming in right now, say so. Emergency work is handled on a different clock from a kitchen you have been thinking about since spring, and the form tells me which one this is.
What I am licensed to do
I hold two Florida certifications: a Certified Building Contractor licence and a Certified Roofing Contractor licence. Both numbers, and how to look them up yourself in the state's public register, are on the credentials page.
Holding both matters more than it sounds. A leak is rarely only a roof; it becomes a ceiling, then a wall, then whatever is behind the wall. One contractor who is certified for the roofing system and the structure underneath it can take responsibility for the whole repair instead of handing you off at the boundary.
What happens after you send it
You get a reply from me. Not a call centre, not a lead broker, and your details are not sold to three other companies who will then all ring you — which is what happens on most sites that look like this one.
Work is Central Florida, out of Clermont. If a job is outside what I am licensed for or too far to service properly, I will say so plainly rather than take it and subcontract the whole thing.
